Surrealist collages by Max Bucaille, very nicely printed, loose pages as issued in original pictorial paper folder. 10 x 6 4/5 inches.

Bucaille was a major contributor in French Surrealism circles. He specialised in collage novels like those of Max Ernst, indeed perhaps only second to Ernst in this genre. Bucaille worked in the medium of collage consistently for most of his career and this is a striking series, finely reproduced.
